NASCOE

I have served as a county executive director since 1985 in three different offices.  Most of my service was in Brown County, Ohio.  Some shared management with Clermont and currently the last four years in Licking County.  I have a long history of NASCOE experience including service as Midwest Area Executive and National Legislative Chair.  I also chaired NASCOE’s first PT classification task force.  I am married to my beautiful wife Holly and have two grown children Aaron and Sharlee. 

I am also a big fan of my alma mater The Ohio State University football and basketball teams!  Go Bucks!
