To ensure everyone’s safety during the global COVID-19 pandemic, all attendees and their guests of NASCOE events will be required to follow all NASCOE requirements and relevant CDC guidelines at all times; including but not limited to: social distancing, wearing facemasks, and using hand sanitizer as recommended.  CDC details can be found at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/large-gatherings.html

NASCOE has put into place precautionary measures aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19 among attendees, however all attendees and their guests will need to acknowledge the risks associated with attending the National Convention or Area Rally by completing the below release of liability form upon checking in to the event.  A separate release will be required for each individual attending.  Anyone who fails to comply with safety measures or refuses to complete the release of liability will be prohibited from participation in the event.

Please note: Release of Liability forms will be collected at the time of registration at the Convention venue.

NEW!!! Tour Information and Registration Now Available!!

Indiana has set up three different Tour / Activity opportunities for Wednesday, August 4. Click HERE to download the Registration form.

Shipshewana — The largest Flea market in the US along with shopping. Wednesday mornings also have an antique auction. Fee is only for transportation; lunch is on your own. Limited to 110 participants.

Maple Leaf Farms and Brock Grain Bins — Tour the largest duck producer in the world and the factory where grain bins are manufactured.

Closed toe shoes are required for this tour. Fee includes transportation and lunch at the Blue Barn Berry Farm. Limited to 110 participants.

Golf at Colonial Oaks — Join us for a day of golf at a Pat Riley designed and owned course. Price includes 18 holes and cart. Lunch is on your own and available at the club house.

Colonial Oaks is Fort Wayne’s finest family owned and operated public golf club.  The golf course, now over 52 years old, is mature and features a variety of grand oak trees true to its name, with bent grass greens, tees, and fairways. With a total yardage of just under 6600 yards, the course is one you may easily walk yet designed so the player will test every club in his bag.  The water hazards along with bogey creek, which crosses the course ten times throughout an 18 hole round, and the limited number of bunkers, are placed in such a way to equalize players of all skill levels. Non play areas incorporate native wild flowers and grasses exhibiting beauty while giving back to the ecosystem.
