NASCOE Benefits Provider Dillard Financial Solutions, Inc. offers a special membership drive contest annually. The state with the highest increase in new members, including associate membership, from July 1, 2024 to April 10, 2025 will receive a $1,000 award sponsored by Dillard Financial Solutions, Inc. States must have their 3rd quarter dues in by May 15, 2025 to be included.
